How it Works

Important Booking Notes

✔️ A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required to reserve each booking.
✔️ The deposit is due 1 week in advance.
✔️ Deposits unpaid at the 1-week mark will be cancelled. 😔
✔️ The remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks before your event date.

If we're not booked back to back, we're happy to continue service after your booked event block officially ends! Additional event time is billed at $200/hr, in 30-minute increments and due at the end of your event.

This helps us plan which accessories we can use at your event. (Neither outlets or WIFI are required! We can bring our own WIFI for an additional $25 tech charge per event.)

Along with our video booth platform, we've got lots of equipment to bring. Giving us an idea of the space helps us know just what to bring for setup to make your event perfect.

Already got a DJ or live music?

Is it public or private? Huge or cozy?

Already got a DJ or live music?

We prefer to set up near your music, if so: It enhances the 360-degree experience. (No tunes? No problem. We can blast our own for a $50 speaker rental fee per event.)
